The Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD) is serving as the grant administrator for the CD 9 Community Grants Program on behalf of Council District 9 and the City of Los Angeles. CRCD was selected by the City of Los Angeles through a competitive bidding process to administer the grant.  

 

As the grant administrator, CRCD will manage all administrative, programmatic, and fiscal requirements for grantees of the CD 9 Community Grants Program as outlined by the City of Los Angeles. In addition, CRCD will be providing support, technical assistance, and capacity building to grantees that request these services.
